Attendees who select to pay via wire transfer will receive an invoice with payment instructions within two business days of completing the registration. Attendees are responsible for covering all bank fees in addition to the registration fees. Payments made via Bank Transfer are non-refundable and cannot be processed after May 25, 2024.

Author Registration Policy

An accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings only if the following two conditions are met:

  1. Full registration by one of the paper’s authors is received and paid by May 15, 2024.  This policy is applicable for all accepted papers including but not limited to technical papers and Late News
  2. The author presents the paper in person at the conference venue.

Not meeting both of the above requirements will result in the paper being flagged as “no show” and removed from publishing in the conference proceedings.

At least one author must be registered for all accepted papers. One registration covers one person and up to two papers from the same author. All authors who wish to attend the conference must register to attend.

Invitation Letters

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the DRC 2024. Please provide as much information as possible during registration to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.

Please note that attendees that receive an invitation letter can not transfer or refund their registration.

Premier Registration

The Device Research Conference is pleased to offer a Premier Registration option, created for our corporate participants who wish to show their support to our device community. This support enables us to offer reduced registration fees that increased student participation. We’ve decided to take the difficulty out of traditional sponsorship paperwork and give corporate entities an easy way to support DRC simply by registering! Premier Registration is not required for any participant.

Bronze Tier - $1,000 USD

Description:

  • One full registration to the event including Short Courses
  • Copy of the digital abstracts
  • Your company logo prominently displayed on our website (with hyperlink to your organization or LinkedIn page if you wish).
  • We will also include your logo in the Chair’s presentation at the DRC Opening Session for Premier Registrations received at least one week before the start of the Conference.

NOTE: Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.

Silver Tier - $2,000 USD

Description:

  • One full registration to the event including Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts. Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.
  • Your company logo prominently displayed on our website (with hyperlink to your organization or LinkedIn page if you wish). We will also include your logo in the Chair’s presentation at the DRC Opening Session for Premier Registrations received at least one week before the start of the Conference.
  • Distribution of a link to your website or LinkedIn for job requisitions at your company. We will email these links to all presenters who indicate that they are students.

Gold Tier - $3,000 USD

Description:

  • One full registration to the event including Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts. Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.
  • Your company logo prominently displayed on our website (with hyperlink to your organization or LinkedIn page if you wish). We will also include your logo in the Chair’s presentation at the DRC Opening Session for Premier Registrations received at least one week before the start of the Conference.
  • Distribution of a link to your website or LinkedIn for job requisitions at your company. We will email these links to all presenters who indicate that they are students.
  • Dedicated board space in the Monday evening Poster Session for your company. Display your corporate information and meet with students and presenters. You must bring your own board.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by June 1, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of $150 USD deducted from each refund requested by the deadline. Refunds can not be processed after June 1, 2024. 

You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.

A paid registration can be transferred to another member of the same company up until June 1, 2024. To transfer a registration please contact Kennedy Knight at kknight@conferencecatalysts.com. Please note that onsite, only the individual listed on the name badge can use the privileges provided by the paid fee.
